I just got one installed on my G23 (the small front sight , not the ping pong size one) and took it to the range the other day. Shot like a dream and very fast target acquisition. I always took a little longer to line up the 3 dot night sights. I wish I could find one for my M&P9c.

I have XS sights on 2 of my Glocks. They are fast for close range shooting and at night.
I think the plain rear and tritium front sight package from Warren and/or a straight 8 configuration from Warren are my favorite Glock sights.
