I’ve had several friends use them in Afghanistan, and try to convince me to use them as well. I have said no repeatedly.
All officers, all fobbits.

Its funny you mention this as I have been contemplating a Jackass or Miami Classic for the sole purpose of carrying while on my motorcycle. The muzzle issue has been my main point of hesitation, but the shoulder rig seems like a good alternative to my normal IWB holster, which isn’t exactly pleasant for extended time on the bike.
You beat me to it. Fobbits love them. Bonus points if they are locally made, and don’t particularly fit any pistol made.
I have a Galco Miami Classic lite that gets used a bit when I’m at home after the shower or up early in the morning, when I’m in pajama-ish pants and a hoody. Occasionally it gets tossed on quickly to walk the dogs, but 98% of the time it doesn’t leave the house for all the reasons already stated.
lol.
The lady I’m thinking of got hers in Iraq on her first tour; by her second the leather had formed to the M9 pretty well. Is that only 1/2 points (wrong country), or double points (second tour)?
I use one for my Kahr CW9 sometimes. Mainly when I’m off duty and dressed up without any type of jacket or coat on. Otherwise I normally just suck it up an carry my M&P 9 FS duty gun, Beretta 92A1 or Sig P226 in a belt holster.
