I like his style. Been following him on FoxNews where he is an analyst.
Don’t know the details, but his son died during the 4th week of Q-Course.
Actually I believe his son was a lieutenant and died in Iraq. He was off FOX for a while after that (understandably so).
EDIT: from Googling I can find only one reference to his dying in Iraq, the rest are the Q-Course story. And he was an enlisted man either way.

Old video from back in August. Not defending the guy, but while that video was posted today, it’s old. Gen. Vallely has made at least three trips to Syria to help figure out who to back in the whole mess.

He sounds like a bit of a whacko to me… but I also don’t think he was commanding anything in Syria…
