Just curious if the bullet is sealed (I think it has to be per mil-spec)
I saw an old review of the last batch of IMI (2004 or so) and the reviewer said the bullet looked to be sealed with asphalt sealant.
I plan on storing some of this IMI long term, and would like to know how the sealant looks.
BTW I dont have a bullet puller and im not sure if pliers or something are a good idea.
