Looks like the property is for sale. Not sure if the asking price will happen as I don’t know land value up that way.
I don’t think Clint is selling the company, just the range and property. He had a YouTube video out a few days ago about it if I remember correctly?

The best way to get an idea of what a piece of land is worth is to see what a bank will loan you to buy it. Like the listing agent… A bank would require you to show how deep your pockets are before even talking to you. It’s the kind of property a multi billionaires investment manger would park money in. I doubt Thunder Ranch turned a profit after taxes.
With Clint talking about moving to Vegas, my guess is the TR brand name would have a tremendous amount of leverage in partnering with Front Sight.
Pity to lose The Ranch, I hoped to train with Clint someday but family mobility issues put a veto on going down there.
Saw his video on you tube the other day.
Kinda disappointed he is selling as I wanted to do one of his classes next year.
Anyone know why he is selling?
