Complete upper, barrel, or DD rifle in 10.3. How do you like the accuracy? Trying to see how it stacks up against noveske’s hammer forged 10.5 barrel.
i dont like 10.5" uppers i have 2 lmt’s that run 101%. hackathorn and others like the 11.5’s and i do also.
i just built a d.d. 11.5" upper this week. shoots flawlessly for 200 rds no cleaning. (i do that to see when it will jam- if at all).
i zeroed yesterday at 50 yds. always do.
not impressed but just wanted to get it zeroed for a 3-gun this weekend at green sport in Waco Ohio. did not try to get it 1 moa. 2 or 3 will be fine for what i want. not impressed with m.o.s. accuracy, but maybe needs breaking in. also may need better platform to wring it out. i have a big stand in my back yard and have gotten better zeroing on other guns. i just wanted back in the a.c. only took 15 rds but that is the norm for me o.o. box sights.
i have breathing issues and it was 98 degree’s in my back yard. i may be at fault so i dont know yet. email me after 3-400 rds and i will let u know.
Thanks. I am thinking it should be in the same league as my 10.5 LMT. If it does that well I will be happy. I am in the Akron Canton area and was a member of GTA. I will see what you think of the DD after some time. Thanks again.
mine shot consistent 1" 3-shot groups at 100 yds last time i zeroed my acog. zeroed with bipod and 77 gr. ammo. havent had a chance to shoot it further off the bipod to see what it can do. i am very happy with the daniel defense barrel.
