Anyone have a Troy M4 OEM QD plate?

I’m finding conflicting info on whether this QD receiver endplate has rotation limiters or not - some places say no, others yes. (Of course, I ordered one after reading yes in a few places and then found the no sources - but I can still cancel.) LaRue says yes, Troy is silent, others say no.

My DE model does not. It was purchased from Troy about 18 months ago so that could have changed. I have 2 identical 10" MRF’s in DE. One has rotation limits, one does not. They were purchased about 12 months apart.
