Anyone ever have a problem returning via USPS to Pelican? And having them not care?

Shipped a flashlight back to Pelican because it would shut off randomly(2360) This was on January 14th. A “Notice” was left on the 18th. Pelican said they never got it. It was sent to the exact same address they told me to send it to(Copied and pasted)I have shipped thousands of things and only had one issue and that was through copes distributing having to pick it up at their P.O box.

Anyways, my last email to them was on the 24th and they are ignoring me now:mad: Anyone ever have issues with them? I cannot do anything as a notice was left.

Yes, I was.

Last email I got from them on 2/11.

We do not have the 2360 flashlights in stock/inventory and are on back order. The expected ship date is 02-20-2014 under the Free Of Charge Sales Order # 696437.

Flashlight still has not been returned to me by USPS. And I sent 2 emails to Pelican with no reply.
