Florida woman gets caught using a cell phone with her right hand AND GNAWS HER OWN RIGHT HAND OFF in a pathetic attempt to argue beside the road, but he wins as they always do.
She was scheduled to go to court this past Tuesday but the hearing was canceled because the charges were dropped.
Sadly the Sheriff’s deputy who initiated the illegal stop, lied multiple times and issued a citation despite clear evidence of the woman’s innocence was not hanged in the public square and remains employed with the department.
Did he though? Did you take reporting classes from CNN?
He was able to complete his mission of issuing her a ticket, will not face any criminal penalties for what occurred, and will not be on the hook for any payouts from a civil suit due to QI or the agency picking up the tab.
That ticket was thrown out. He will get backlash for this and it will affect his life and career negatively. This isn’t some tiny hick town that employs their family.
Was it wrong? Absolutely. Should there be official backlash? Absolutely. Maybe that will come, maybe not. You can find similar examples of this behavior in every occupation though.
If he was going to get backlash from the criminal justice system over it he wouldn’t have done it.
Hell there may be a cell phone ticket quota like there is with the bogus dui arrests.
Which occupations feature an armed man cornering someone and demanding something of value?
Please. Over dramatizing everything is getting rather tiresome.
Doctor’s get away with malpractice all the time and people actually lose their life. So don’t play stupid.
Ahh yes, violating someone’s rights isn’t a big deal.
Requiring them to get an attorney to fight a bogus charge, take time off work, or even lose their job is a mere annoyance for the unwashed masses, but something a member of law enforcement and a few other special demographics shouldn’t be subject to.
Been hearing the doctor thing for years and not a medical groupie as hoped for so can you point us to any doctor chasing someone down to screw up on them?
If that happened and the intended victim was able to repel them, were all of the other doctors in the area out looking for the intended victim to get revenge?
LOL. You remind me of watching an OnlyFans feminist arguing their case on the Whatever podcast. Unable to see the argument and point at hand and just spouting off bullet points they have memorized and want put across to seem legit while failing to see the contradiction in some of the points they are making. I can see why people rarely address you. It’s either because you are already blocked or they have accepted that arguing with stupid is pointless. Have fun in limbo.
I’m not the one arguing on behalf of the cop who wrote a ticket for operating a cell phone with a right hand(well obviously he left out the “right hand” part when creating the ticket) to a woman with no right hand.
Well looky there, the deputy has defenders.
Longer video although it doesn’t show the minutes/hours/days/weeks leading up to the incident that would justify the incident.
I never understood Republicans defending cops. They fly a Gadsden flag but love to be treaded on. It’s the weirdest fvcking thing.
Indeed.
Worth posting twice. ![]()
