has brought a suit over
LIGHTER, STRONGER, AND EVEN MORE BAD ASS (hereinafter, “LSA” aka DPMS)
I can honestly say that when I visited the LSA website for the first time months ago, which by the way is well designed, I didn’t enter a state of confusion with the products manufactured by LSB. The suit makes all of the usual and customary trademark confusion claims along with a demand for a jury trial. This may turn out to be as epic as the LSB Super Bowl add that never was.
