The anti Israel /antisemitism from the left was last straw for Alan Dershowitz apparently. Tulsi, RFK jr, now Alan Dershowitz:
Dershowitz was exiled from the club years ago when he began calling out democrats for abuse of the justice system and defending Trump.
Dershowitz worked his fingers to the bone to lay the groundwork for exactly this situation. If it was terrorists going after non jews, heād be defending them.
Everyone thinks they will be invited to the table for the end game, in reality the end game is very different from what you think it will be. Dershowitz spent decades undermining this country, defending extremist and radicals and blocking any legislation that would protect us.
Heās not red pilled, heās just out in the cold and complaining that the group who was willing to F over anyone to get what they want turned on him as well.

Dershowitz I would hope wouldnāt care who the victim was he would defend the terrorist or murderer. But isnāt that what a good lawyer should do?

Other than pointing out that Trump is being abused with lawfare and saying heās now an independent cuz heās upset with anti-semite bigots at the DNC, has he really changed any of his lefty thinking? If so, what?

I think a lot of people seriously donāt āGet Itā until itās too late.
Dershowitz clearly understands that something is seriously wrong, he knows the DNC is behind what happened and can obviously see the effect and impact.
He understands Trump is getting beaten up in the Courts and that the Dems own it.
He understand that Anti-Semitism is being encouraged in Ivy League Schools.
He understands October 7th and deteriation of International Diplomacy because Israel defends itself.
But Dershowitz lives in his own World where people have a higher code of ethics. Where Justice is Blind and everyones gets a fair shake. Probobly a better World to live in but itās far from reality.
Iām not sure exactly what it takes to wake some People up, but Dershowitz isnt awake yet and heās running out of time to wake up.

Why he left the Democrat party, but unlikely to become a Republican either. Heās following the trend of many who are going Independent. I bet he secretly votes Trump at this point, but that so many high profile truly die hard Dems are leaving is telling and canary in coal mine.
As expected, his views on guns are simply wrong and not supported by actual data. If he canāt understand the relationship between the 1A and the 2A, and claims thereās free speech in the UK etc, his delusional and living in a cave or something. How any POC, gay person, or Jewish person could be anti gun, is a total mystery to me. But, baby steps for Alan, heās coming out of a very deep dark hole that is leftist ideology.
It is indeed. Final straw for him to leave was the blatant and growing antisemitism by the party, which went full steam with Obama as he explains in vid I just posted. He calls out some of the self hating Jews in the party too.
Shocking that the accepted āblack preferenceā (another word for supremacy) promoted under Obama would come with hatred of jews as a standard feature. This will happen every single time you substitute a preferred bias for equality.
