I’ve taken five classes with Costa and Co. and each one gets better and better. Their training has evolved and adapted after all their classes. I would say their best training is going on right now. This class had other SFL members who also took all their classes and it really showed. We also agreed that the classes are more…dynamic.

I took the Advanced Carbine last year and this time around there was much more movement drills. Safety was always stress and Chris and Mike were always aware of what people were doing. This helped with the trust needed to shoot some of these drills.

Long story short this class was excellent.

Looks like the Surefire brakes are becoming popular! I have one on a Noveske Recce and love it, but was wondering how they are on a 10.5" SBR. I can imagine it could be pretty uncomfortable for people shooting next to you!

Still, you’re at a carbine class, there are guns going off everywhere, suck it up and deal with it. :wink:

Haha. I was just trying to be courteous to over fellow shooters. I just know that no one likes to spot for me with my Noveske during service rifle shoots!
