No , I never take it. Ammo is delivered with no problem…
Just ask yourself is it worth it the next time a UPS or FEDEX driver decides that the next package he is going to steal is your ammo shipment. If it is then rock on.
I just placed an order with them and had no problems. I also paid for the insurance on the package. Better safe than sorry.
Seems to me that if the merchandise doesnt arrive, with or without insurance the consumer doesnt pay. The carrier would have to have proof of signature.
i just ordered 430 rounds of various brands. shipping was around $15 i wanna say the ins was only like 65¢.

I just received 1000 rds. of 5.56 and 500 rds. of .45. Shipping was $33.83 and insurance was $3.25 . I know that where I live, insurance is well worth it. YMMV
