American Eagle Tactical XM193 White Box?

I picked a box of this stuff at my local dealer a couple of days ago. I havent seen this box before and was wondering if something has changed or if it is part of a larger container.
Notice the “Not for Resale” labeling on the top right.
I picked up a few boxes of it for $35ea. Each box has a 100 round count.

It came from a 200 round value pack.

$35 isn’t bad, I’ve seen the 200 round value pack go for around $90.

I’ve never seen that package before. Must be part of a case quantity somehow. :confused:
