American Defense Manufacturing rifles and barrels?

I just watched this on Military Arms Channel:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3uJ8trPbYs I was ho-hum until I heard them mention a 416R chrome lined barrel. Would this be something desirable? I don’t know if anyone makes one right now but I know that 416R is used for precision barrels by many companies like BCM but does anyone chrome line them? Would this be as good as mil 41v50? Does this interest anybody else?

No. They just negated the accuracy potential of having an unlined barrel that already has great corrosion resistance to give it a little more life. Probably less so than a CMV barrel since stainless doesn’t handle heat as well. Didn’t they mention the ADM guy used to work for LWRC, that explains a lot.

That would mean every single word out of the roach’s mouth should be considered a complete LIE.

No. It would not.

I’m more interested in that full-ambi lower. Very interesting bolt catch/release mechanism…

Well last I seen BCM uses 410 SS, not 416R

I heard mention of chrome lined stainless barrels and thought it must have been an error.

PSA had some for awhile, but I haven’t seen them in some time or seen any reviews. They’re sort of like a unicorn, as far as I can tell…

I’m wondering if the rep just got ahead of himself or maybe he has no idea what he’s talking about. In this video, he says that it’ll be a custom barrel profile, chrome lined and made from CMV.

Sorry, I’ve been looking at bolt gun barrels lately and got them mixed up. I also didn’t catch the LWRC part.

Sorry, I somehow confused their stainless CHF barrels with a chrome-lined stainless barrel. They do not sell the latter.
