Ambidextrous Knights Armament Company Fixed Stock Sling Mount

Has anyone tried the ambidextrous Knights Armament Company sling mount for fixed stocks seen here? I am planning on using it for a new SBR build which will have a sully stock on it. I haven’t decided on which sling I will use but I think I would like use the Magpul MS2 when it is released. If you have one any opinions and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I have one on a RRA Entry Stock and like it, especially with the Wilderness Single Point sling.

Treehopr,
Thanks for the quick reply and the picture. How does the weapon hang at your side when you let go of it? Does it lay flat as it would with any other side sling mount or does it tend to swing away from your body because of the pivot point?

The weight of the carbine keeps it muzzle down and it lays flat enough to the side that it doesn’t bother me unless I’m moving forward (e.g. transition and contunue to shoot on the move)

With the spacer and entry stock the LOP is about the same as my collapsible vltor stock on “3”

Hope that helps.

Edit to add: KAC customer service was excellent when I was missing the appropriate length buttstock screw (I bought the stock and QD spacer used).

Excellent thank you for all the help. I think this will be just the thing for my SBR.
