All new for 2014, the MS1 Sling System takes the Magpul multi-mission sling concept to new levels of function, capability, and modularity. The entire system is based on the MS1, a dedicated two-point sling built around our innovative new slider, which provides rapid sling adjustments without the tails, loops, or bulk of other solutions. Even while wearing gloves, the new slider is faster, easier, and lower profile than previous slings, but your sling setting stays put, even under load. The MS1 comes without connecting hardware so you can choose what you need for your specific application. Magpul Paraclips and QDs are available individually to complement our selection of sling attachment points. For the option to convert to one point use, simply add the appropriate one point adapter that works with your choice of hardware. Expect additional adapters, hardware, and applications to be released during the 2014 calendar year, expanding the versatility of the MS1 system even further. Available in our traditional Black and Coyote colors, and new for this year will be Ranger Green and Stealth Gray.
I couldn’t wait so I made my own. Maybe not the cheapest route to go, but I want what I want. A Blueforce Gear / Vickers Tactical Padded VCAS and the MS1 slider assembly using the end components of my choice. For me, it adjusts easier, I have a single point option and the Paraclip/Magpul RSA on the front is faster and easier for me to use than a QD swivel, especially when wearing gloves. As you can see the color match is pretty close. Super easy to adjust with no creep, padded, single point option and with attachment points setup exactly the way I like them
