Looking for updated and current reviews of the Alessi Bodyguard shoulder holster for a 1911 4.25". Looking for an occasional wear shoulder holster. Need a rig that works well without belt ties (ie wearing a tux). Read somewhere about Alessi trigger guard snap wearing heavy on gun’s finish? Any/all help appreciated.
I’ve got one and use it 3-4 times a year. I’ve had it for almost 10 yrs, conceals well too…just usually carry IWB. I’d buy another one for sure. And I use it with a 4" 1911.
