after looking around and trying to research, i am still a little confused…
What is paperwork is needed to own a suppressor…all i want one for is the 10/22…cause i can’t have a SBR in Alabama.
I know there will be a 200.00 fee…is this fee due every year, one time fee for each NFA item or what?

Have you read the various posts here in the NFA area? If suppressors are legal in your area then you will fill out the forms with the dealer. You will also need to get fingerprints and photos if you go the traditional route as well as the signature of your Chief Law Enforcement Officer. Once all that is together everything will be sent to the ATF along your one time payment of 200 dollars. The fee is paid for the transfer.
