I just had the time of my life reading all 100 pages of the “Gunsmithing Hall of Shame” thread. It was amazing.

There were a lot of comments saying things to the effect of, “these people are worse than AK people”

I shoot both AR and AK. I have my guns set up well with quality components. DD and KAK for the AR’s with LPVO and Arsenal’s kept simple with RDS for the AKs.

All the comments made me think there must be a treasure trove of stupid AK setups that I haven’t had the pleasure of laughing at. The guys who run AKs that I shoot with have them set up extremely well.

So…How about a thread full of f…ed up AK set ups. If you have an example of another platform that is set up in a mind numbingly stupid way, post that too. Really, though I want to see all the AK’s with Leapers scopes!

Look how nice and pretty the barrel pin is. My guess is that someone changed out the receiver and reriveted without removing the barrel from the trunnion.
