I just received an aimpoint t1 and noticed it has a distinct blue tinted strip on the bottom one-sixth (or so) of the glass. It’s about the same color/intensity as the blue strip on the top of most car windshields. Is this normal?

got any pics? doesn’t seem right.
I’ve owned various Aimpoint sights (M3, M4, H1 etc…) and have never observed a tinted stripe.
Where did you buy from… from an authorized Aimpoint dealer?
Ordered it from LaRue. I thought that was odd. I’ll give them a call and see what they say about it. Thanks for the reply.
the fact it is blue is strange. I have an m4s and the is a faint RED stripe that runs across mine. This is normal. I can’t remember why though. You can’t notice it when you are out shooting.
I’ve got a T1 and H1 no blue. Weird.
