Aimpoint T1 problem

I have had my T1 4moa for more than 5 years now with no issue running across 556 and 300 blk platforms. Recently i took it out of the safe after about six months of storage and turned it on. The lowest setting it will go on now is 9 which is way too bright for dark and even a little bright for day. There is significant ammouts of red light bleeding to the sides on this setting. I never took note of setting i have always used it on lowest possible but now even the lowest is too bright. Thought it was a battery issue but it is not.

Last weapon i used it on was 300blk subs with supressor in a dark indoor range with no issues so i know this problem just occured. It has always sat on a larue mount. Anyone else have this issue? Im guessing warranty work from aimpoint is the solution? Thanks for the help.

Contact Aimpoint. It isnt even visible anymore besides at setting 9? Doubt any homebrew fixes will remedy this, those things are built in dust free clean-rooms and I doubt you would want to take one apart even if you had the right tools.

9 is the first setting that is visible and it is way to bright
