I have both…

The T1 takes more effort to go thru the brightness settings…the knob feels tighter than the H1…

Normal?

I don’t have a T1…

But the fact it’s capable of greater submersion may have something to do with it.

Tighter seal?

My T1 and H1 are just like you describe. The H1 knob is easier to turn. I think it has to do with the better submersion rating of the T1.

Thanks guys that make common sense. My local gun shop has two H1’s for sale @ $409! They are brand new he said nobody has been interested in about a year. I’m going to buy one today. Now to decide between the Larue or DD mount!
