Aimpoint Micro on carry handle

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to mount the Aimpoint Micro (T-1 or H-1) on an M4 with a fixed carry handle? I am considering this sight, but looking for something that will allow me to mount it and still be able to co-witness

I’ve got a friend interested in that Botach tactical mount. He wants to know if it comes with the screws to mount the Aimpoint to it, or if you have to use the short screws commonly included with the Aimpoint micros. I’m guessing he’s either got stripped screws or he’s lost the original screws.

The aimpoint gooseneck made by aimpoint is much less and sits the sight down to co witness with your irons. Much better design. They run around $25.
