Aimpoint Cap Problem

LOVE Aimpoints…but…I have a practically brand new Aimpoint M2 and the rear cap spring is not sitting flush against the lug on the main cap ring (as it should) and is following the cap as the cap opens, thus not holding the cap open and it flops around now.

Is there an easy spring adjustment I can make? (I can’t see for my life where its messed up)

Is it FUBAR?

I had the same problem with one of my caps. I just ripped it off as it happened during training on the range. Just replace it. I don’t see an easy fix.

Replace the cap with the appropriate sized Butler Creek Cap. :slight_smile:
