After 25 years-new belt

I had to retire my Bianchi belt of 25 years, it has been repaired a few times and it was time. I got it from the Rhein-Main Air Base Rod and Gun club when I was in the Army. It has hefted many a gun in it’s time and now the new one will serve me well.

I just got off the phone with Jim at the Beltman-great help and I can’t wait to get it and add another one or two for different occasions.

Not terribly relevant, perhaps, but I do find it slightly ironic to note that the Bianchi belt outlived Rhein-Main AB by some five or so years. Those who were stationed in the Wiesbaden/Frankfurt/Hanau/Fulda corridor once upon a time would be floored to see what little remains of the American military presence in the area. Wiesbaden is still active (and will remain so), but everything else has long since been closed.

My buddy Gary joked me when I got it–“you’re just buying it to pack a gun!” - yup!

Drake Kaserne is no more–sad, alot of good times in the old 3AD!

Jim from the Beltman actually called me to review the order, glad he did since I changed it.

Jim makes great belts and I HIGHLY recommend his products.

Been wearing one of Jim’s belts for about two years. Really nice product, carries a gun really well, A+.

JFreuler turned me onto Belt Man belts when I was in the market for a new belt last year. Excellent product, I wear it for work daily.

Beltman is right up the road from me…I do need to order one of his belts, his reputation with local shooters is stellar!

I just got my 1st beltman belt yesterday. I had used a Kirkpatrick’s Leather belt before and a Wilderness belt afterward. I do like the slick lining of the beltman over the rough/sudeish lining on the Kirkpatrick.

As someone who has to have a belt, due to a lack of hind end, I love it.
