I ran across some AFM lowers this morning, but I am not familiar with these. Any body have any info on AFM?

I tend not to get too wrapped up in which brand lower I use- so many of them are basically identical, imho. I’ve handled AFMs lowers and I think they’re decent pieces.

I put an AFM barrel on my build, and that’s what really convinced me they’re a decent company. Like I read so many times during my build: the barrel and the BCG are the core of the rifle and what really matter. AFM’s M4 barrel has been super in my build. I would do business with them again anytime.

I should note, I ordered my barrel through a local vendor, I didn’t place my order from their website. They do tend to get a little behind, and I don’t know how they are with customer service- just that I like their products.

i ordered two barrels from them about 6-7 weeks ago with an expected lead time of 2 weeks… so i still have no opinion of their products.

I just picked up an AFM lower and have started to put it together. So far it seems really nice, I will say that the PMAGS that I have will not fall out freely. They fit ok but are tight. Other than that one complaint, I’m happy so far. Also the finish is pretty close to matching the LaRue Stealth upper that I have and there is very little slop between the two.
