Just noticed AP put up a shopping cart in time for the holidays. I was thinking of ordering one. Any initial opinions from the specs?
Edit - maybe not for me. Looks cool, but I just noticed the price, and since I’m doing my first build on a tight budget, I can get a BCM middy for that. I really need to lay off the eggnog in the morning.

I would get the vltor vis. Armalite is using this COP on one of there uppers. I got a chance to look at one locally, and the machine wlgreat. My only problem was the way the lower part of the handguard, and the rail pieces attached. It may be fine, but it just looks like the way it was attached was frail. The one example i handled had a lot of play.
The vltor vis i have handled was a lot more solid of a lock up between the upper, and lower part of the handguard. The vis is more, and i know aero makes great products. The COP just did not feel like it was anywhere near the same quality of the vis, and the vis is only 100-150$ more.
If you end up getting the COP it would be nice to hear a review.
I would wait for the VIS Keymod, Mega’s new not-monolithic, find Mega’s old monolithic, and probably just about anything else before this, soley because of how crazy wide that rail is. It’s like a monolithic YHM, ewwww. I really hate wide rails.
