Is the ADM Recon as good as the Larue SPR mounts and Bobro scope mounts? I was offered a pkg deal with one and was wondering if I should just buy it or buy the scope seperately and get a Larue or Bobro.
Does the ADM Recon give the NTCH shooter enough room when a Nightforce 2.5-10x24 is mounted in it?

So far i’ve been very pleased with mine using it with a TR24, haven’t been able to completely put it through its paces yet tho. What sold me is that it was still somewhat streamlined yet didn’t chew up the rails. I had a larue BUIS fixed rear sight that during the 3-4 times i took it off using the QR lever…it still managed to rub a bit of finish off my rail. Now i know that’s just finish and honestly don’t care, but i like the concept of having parallel clamping surfaces of the ADM over the camming action of the LT. Only time will tell if it works out in the long run. BTW, check out G&R tactical…that’s where i got mine…excellent service extremely fast shipping.

I have two of them with Leupold Mark 4’s 3.5-10 and they work great. It puts the scope in the correct height and gives you room for a BUIS if you want one. I have not tested it to verify if they return to zero after being removed but I have no doubts it will. It locks up tight, so not much room for errors.
