I was adjusting my LMT rear sight, and trying to follow that Improved Battlesight Zero method, but I noticed that it was really hard to adjust the height turret. Is there something I have to loosen or something to get it right?
No. Is it a genuine LMT part?
I ordered it from Tate Defense. The other thread said the sights were confirmed legit so i decided to order one. The turret just doesn’t seem to rotate smoothly.
are stiff on the windage and elevation adjustments…

Couldn’t get a hold of the tech dept at LMT today. I’ll try tomorrow.
The only way for me to overcome the stiffness is to apply forward pressure on the sight wings. After doing that, adjust the sight UP is some what easy. But it is really hard to adjust back DOWN.
Did you apply any lube when you received the sight?

/edit Welps. That should have been the first thing I did. Lubing the turret made it move easily. Now the only mystery is why my sight doesn’t have windage hash marks. Thanks for the help everyone.
