Stage 1 required a high round count and a lot of unconventional shooting positions. Really tested the shooters to know their guns and equipment. Where does your gun hit at 100 yards from rollover prone?
Stage 2 Required a lot of movement, and a lot of pistol work.
Stage 3 was completely a mental stage working on situational awareness and memory.
Three EoTech’s went down throughout the day. No big surprise there.

And looks like a camera ain’t the only thing he can shoot, going by the Feb. match results. Second place, and beat Steve, and took the pics. Didja cook the hot dogs too?

As for the Eotechs- I only saw two personally, but heard of another after the match. One started the day fine, then died during a stage (cold weather probably zapped the already crappy battery life). He popped it off the rail and continued with his irons. The other one was losing connection and needed the infamous hemostat mod to stretch the battery connections a bit.
Looks like a great match, maybe I will get over that way sometime. I have liberal in-laws who live close enough to stay with but I might have to be obscure why I am there. :eek:
