Just curious since it’s been a week since its scheduled release date to see if there are any purchasers of it. Wanted to see if anyone could give a hands on opinion of it, kind of thinking about saving up for one since the street prices I’ve seen so far aren’t as bad as I feared.
I think most people will want the Enhanced which isnt out till May 1st.
I didn’t think anyone was even waiting anymore.
Lots of comments on various sites generally saying “I spent my saved funds instead on … xyz”

$3,000 for the basic package:
fixed stock

1/9 CHF barrel (but its special)
but, but, but they’re now offering 1/7 … too late.

The consensus seems to be that they stubbed their toe on this one and the price needs to be reduced by 1K.
I had been droling over one sence Magpul started the whole thing but when I seen that price I droped it from my list of wants. I would rather spend my money on a SCAR H. I just cant belive how much they want.
Give it time. In 6-8 months the price will be $1700-$2300. The SCAR is going for $2199 and I see it under $2000 by the end of the year. The demand is high right now so they can charge premium. Just like with any other gun.
Yes, the pricing is insane, especially considering the austere nature of the basic package.
I wasn’t aware of the availability of the 1:7 barrels. I guess I had stopped looking at the rifle a while back.

Ive seen it priced at several website and the basic ranges from $2100-2300 and the enhanced $2400-2600. SCARs are still selling on gunbroker for $2600+, would like to know where one is for $2200. I’d like to get it.
