Whats your take on the compact ACOG TA26R4 1.5x16 with mount?
I’m putting it on my Draco SBR.
I have 2 other ACOG’s and love them, but never had this model.
No comments?..
I used a TA44SR-10 for two years. I had no issues and was just as fast with it as an Aimpoint. The extra .5 magnification was great for tight shots. The only downside is shooting from a dark area into a bright area as the reticle goes dim (i.e. black) and is very difficult to see. In my opinion, these are GTG for use outside from early dawn to late dusk as well in dark conditions using the tritium illumination. If your usage requirements include having a visible reticle indoors in all lighting conditions, the TA44 may not fit your needs.
