I’ve seen them for years but have never taken the plunge. Here of late I am really wanting to break down and try one on a stamped AK. I have always liked the Para style stocks on such classics as the FAL and Galil.
I have never been fond of the idea that one has to cut the tang off of their receiver but then again I can’t stand the length that the adaptors add to the rifle on the non mod version even more.
The rifle I am considering doing this to is my '01 SAR-1 that currently dons a Romanian wire folder.
Are they Good To Go or No Go?
