This is more of a brief overview than a full AAR. First off thanks to Steve M. and Hany M. for putting this together. It was held at Texas Tactical and the weather was great. We had 9 people in class. A few L.E, MIL, and the rest were dialed in civi’s. Everyone shooting glocks except for one H@K.
DAY 1: started off with Mr. Falla giving a classroom presentation. Then to the range running drills before and after lunch. Finishing the day with timed drills and some man on man comp’s.
D AY 2:some movement drills(more on this later). Then shot the 700 agg before lunch. Finish the day with drills combining all the things we had worked on up to this point.
Mr. Falla has a great teaching style. With it being a small class he was able to give alot to every student. His presentation and explanations were very well thought out and easy to understand . The way the drills were done and brought together at the end was great.
Some final thoughts I have. When you spend some time at the 25 yd. line you quickly find out were your flaws are. Some of the gold nuggets that Jason metioned were light bulb moments for me. Jason had a few wrinkles on turns and balance that were great. I left this class knowing what I’m decent at and what I need to work on. Which is what I want out of a class.
Mr. Falla is a guy that has been there and done that. He is an exceptional shooter but, more importantly is great teacher. The one liner Australian saying’s are worth the price of admission. If you ever get a chance to train with REDBACK ONE jump on it. I will certainly be taking some more classes with Mr. Falla.

Had I not been in OKC with Tom Givens, I would have been in this class!!! Now I cant wait till Jason get’s to OKC!!!
Thanks for the review.
Oh what did you think of Hanny’s shooting??
PRDATOR, Hanny is a squared away guy. Top gun in the class. I look forward to getting back on the range with him. One of the best things about great classes is meeting new people. Brad W.
Agree with Brad, it was one heck of a course. I got pushed like crazy, and Jason’s focus on shooting service pistols at 6" bulls at 25 yards was extremely demanding. I was pretty rusty going in, and felt like putting that many quality rounds down-range under Jason’s supervision really did a great job of getting me back in good shooting shape. Jason is one heck of an instructor who understands the most minute details about running a handgun. I picked up some really good information from Jason about use of hard cover in the real world vs. use of cover in IDPA matches. Very impressive class.

Mr. Steve, Thanks again for all you did last weekend. It took a couple of days to recoup. Look forward to training with y’all again. Brad W.
