I’ve been doing some reading and searching, but thought I’d try and get some opinions. The DBAL A2 is probably the one most would go for, but from what I can tell it is only sold to non civvies (at least the website indicated that). I also looked at the Laserlyte k15. Crimson Trace’s MVG is not something I’m interested at the moment.
Any other suggestions? My main criteria is reliability/durability.
I had very bad luck with the K15 laser. I bought them when they first came out and was not happy. I took it to an indoor range and at 50 yards the POI changed significantly throughout one mag. I verified this through looking through my red dot (which was zeroed). I tapped on the adjusters to make sure I got a solid seat in the setting but nothing changed. I quickly got rid of it.
I haven’t used the lasermax laser, but they have a compact green one, albeit expensive.
