A Guide to the Warrior Color Code

I didn’t know where which sub-forum to put this in. Irregardless, did anyone here read this article on Managing Stress Arousal for Optimal Performance: A Guide to the Warrior Color Code?

A rehash citing rehashes. How about using plain language instead ie “un alert” “alert” etc etc.

Also, stop using the word warrior.

Just stick with the Cooper system. Also heart rate is irrelevant.

I’ve known plenty of people who can be completely calm in elevated situations of awareness and threat level. It has nothing to do with “stress.”

I know a few people who would stroke out if they were ever in condition orange.

“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” - Sun Tzu

“Warrior” is a state of mind and is the most overused buzzword I have seen over the last decade or so. Some people will never be a ‘warrior’ no matter how cool their gear is, no matter how many schools they go to, nor how many ‘warrior’ memes they try to memorize.

Combat as a formalized process is thousands of years old. Every asshat with a keyboard thinks they have just invented the wheel. This sort of redux speaks volumes about the writers lack of knowledge on everything that has been said before on the matter.
