where is the best place to find 9mm primers? i cant seem to find them anywhere. at least for a good price…

Try wideners.com, they have PMC small pistol primers in stock
You can certainly use SPMagnum primers in 9mm as well. Just follow safety rules. Reduce your load some and work up. They will work fine if you can find them.
Primers have been getting easier to find the last few months. I’ve been doing better at some of the mom & pop stores over the big ones lately.

Get together a bunch of reloading buddies, and do a group buy. Split the hazmat and shipping.
Then compare prices between the various sellers & brands.
