And I thought the whole idea of a Bond was that this guy was going to go home and behave himself until his Court Date. That Didn’t work out did it?

Yes, they havr blood on their hands.
That’s a problem that predates Soros based on Project Exile’s claimed justifications.
The story went that local prosecutors were unable(aka unwilling) to prosecute local crimes so the “fix” was to turn incidents of local crimes over to the feds to be prosecuted for firearms violations.
It was, and is, an interesting thing since it was promoting the notion of “gun crime” and edging in to federalizing local policing.

That’s a real can of worms. I don’t support categorizing mala prohibita crimes as felonies. At the same time, the only reason we have that is because of local & state authorities who won’t adequately prosecute and imprison for mala in se crimes. We have some of the very same local & state authorities who refuse to go after violent criminals, going hammer down on anyone who dares defend themselves from the violent criminals. It’s intolerable.
