I wanted something a little less bulky then the standard issue Daniel Defense case when transporting my DDM4.
I was a little concerned about the fit as the bag lists a 32" inside height and my collapsed DD w/16" barrel and DD superior suppression measured at 32.5".

thats a nice bag. I am patiently waiting for my LaRue MKII covert bag. Hopefully it will ship soon. I did look at the 5.11 bags as well, IMO 5.11 makes good products across the board.

Funny, I was just looking at that in gt dist. catalog today…
I was wondering how the fit would be. and the skate stickers would totally “camo” that out…

Nice, I like that. I’ve been using a guitar gig bag for non-traditional carry, like this and the skateboard patches idea.

Here is a hint, the Noveske symbol, if flipped like a cross, looks just like the Independent symbol. They make skateboards, trucks, wheels etc.

Yeah, for transportation, covert is the best way.

Would you have a pic showing what the exterior pocket storage looks like? Mag holders, room, etc.?

No mag pouches. Velcro and molle loops in the top pouch

Is there any padding where the barrel is cupped in the flap at the bottom of the bag? To pad the muzzle that is.

How easy is it to deploy the rifle when slung over your shoulder in the bag? Can you get to the rifle quickly? I have seen a few of these bags and they do look nice for a discreet carry option.

I like it, but not the price.

I’m digging the $40 price tag on my bulldog cases a little bit better.

The muzzle “pouch” is padded, but its thin.

Not easy. Based on the zipper being one sided, you’d have to be slung over the left shoulder and then you’ll still have to tend to the strap around the stock.

Thank you for the close up pick and info. Looks about as thin as the bottom of my Secret Weapon pack from Eberlestock. I stuck a towel folded in the base of my pack to help cushion any impact.

Ive said it before, but I would really like to see them make something along the line of the COVRT 18 bag, but for SBR carry. The COVRT 18 looks like a regular back pack. No worries about skater stickers or odd questions about you oval pack.
