The first round in the initial 20 round salvo landed well short of the group. It was probably the sound of the explosion that made the guy flinch. If you watch the tape again watch the guy on the far right. If looks like he took a hit directly to the legs on the first go around. After the smoke cleared it looks like he was still moving but then took one to the head or upper chest during the second time around.
