Hello everyone, I just ordered a complete upper 16" HBAR from JT Distributing. I called today to make sure everything is moving along and I was told they have everything but the barrel and they will ship to me in 24 weeks! has anyone else been given a wait time like this? I assume so but just thought I would ask. thanks
Many manufacturers are so backed up right now that they won’t even quote a shipping estimate at all. They’ll just say you’ll get it when you get it.
LMT says sometime in 2010 everybody is backlogged.
I’ve been quoted wait times of 3 months to 2 years for various parts from different manufacturers.
I ordered two BCG’s from LMT last month as was given an estimated ship date of August, 2010. At least it will be a nice surprise when/if they arrive. Kinda like finding a $5 bill in the jacket you wore last winter.
Of course, this assumes we won’t all be dead of swine/bird/armadillo flu by that time.
