I have a 10/22, M&P 15-22, GSG-1911, and I have been looking at the M&P 22 as a possible purchase. My question is this: can I use the same suppressor on each of these (using adapters for the handguns) or do I need more than one suppressor for all?
One suppressor will work on all the firearms you mentioned. There are many great choices for .22 rimfire suppressors, it is hard to go wrong.
Strongly consider purchasing a take apart suppressor, eventually you will want to clean it, .22 is a dirty cartridge. With those semi-autos you mentioned, you’ll be doing a lot of fun blasting away.
I suggest you find a local dealer you like to do business with and have him show you the suppressors he sells. More than likely he will waive a transfer fee if you buy from him and he should know his product line. You’ll probably be back to buy more, NFA is addictive.
I have a large pile of suppressors and currently have a Liberty Kodiak .22 suppressor rated for full auto approved at my local dealer, I just need to go pick her up. I plan to put her on a belt-fed Razorback .22RF upper on my M16.
On a side note, down the road, consider picking up a bolt action .22 with a threaded barrel. They are super Hollywood quiet with subsonic .22 rimfire. Last year I purchased a CZ 452 -2E bolt action, 16" threaded factory barrel. It shoots cloverleafs all day with Wolf Match ammo. It stays in the front of the gun safe.

Yep, definitely need to pick up a bolt action host. Best deal going now of the Savage Mark II FVSR which can be had for under $250. I have a CZ452 American that’s stupid quiet.
I have a preference for stainless steel baffles. They weigh more but make clean up so much easier than aluminum baffles. Im a big fan of the SWR Spectre.
Thank you for the response RFA. Do you have any recommendations on which would be best for my situation?
Anything by AAC, Gemtech, SWR, Silencerco, Liberty. IMO all manufacturers make good .22 cans so pick a good dealer.
I bought an AAC Pilot from my dealer and it would be a good choice. It is a take apart and lightweight. I also have a Johns Guns P22 which is sealed and the Liberty Kodiak which is full auto rated and heavier.
Have fun
