Aguila or Fiocchi.
I would say aguila but i use CCI
If you’re really shooting for accuracy, neither. RWS Subsonic HP (in the blue box) or Eley Subsonic Xtra Plus (grey box) are sub-MOA in my 16" Ruger 77/22. The best cheap ammo I’ve found is the CCI Standard Velocity, which is still subsonic out of my 16" gun.
Remington subsonic is junk. About every 5th round will go supersonic, and accuracy is terrible.
If you really want to go with the heavy stuff, the Aguila 60gr SSS + a 1:9 barrel from Green Mountain will give you a heavy-hitting quiet rifle out to 200 meters. You will need a rangefinder. I killed a raccoon DRT with mine at a measured 172 yards last year. If I were going after something big with a suppressed .22, this would probably be my first choice.
take your pick since they are the same stuff in the ir 38gr HP offerings 
I strongly second that recommendation. I’ve used that ammo for over 10 years and it has consistently outperformed more expensive “match” ammo across several different rifles.
I like the Remington Sub, and the CCI. But I only shoot a P-22 with a can.
I have experience with Aguila and was very impressed with their quality (for .22). I am in the market for a can for my p22 
I know the general thoughts are the Remington SS are dirty and not capable of any sort of accuracy. I on the other hand have never had any issues with it. I bought 15K 38gr SS a few years ago before the price went nuts.
Total FNG here, but been shooting .22 suppressed for a while. Of late I have become very interested in the ‘spread’ that various .22 ammo yields. I guess like anything else, you can have it 1)Cheap 2)Accurate 3)Available - Pick Any 2 (and these days sometimes only 1!)
Every .22 seems to have a different preferred diet but in the last few months I have become more interested in the quality and comparative accuracy of ‘reasonably’ priced ammo. Lately I have settled on CCI Std Vel .22 in the all dark blue box - either 0035 500 rnd bricks or 0032 100rnd plastic boxes.
Quick sea story - I was zeroing my 10/22 after a full strip and clean. The only thing on this rifle that is still Ruger is the receiver and it can put them all through the same hole at 25yds if I do my part. I zero it just fine after a couple of mags but then after reloading again, the shots open up to a 2in group. I’m thinking - WTF - over! Then I notice that I had switched from the all blue box to the blue/silver box of CCI. Yeah, we’ve all done it - pretty dumb.
But after shooting a ‘slapped together’ comparison target using the same rifle, mag and shooting session - I became a CCI 0035 fan boy. Dick’s had it for a few months at $25/brick and you can still find it on line. Too bad the price has so much though.
Picture is worth a bunch of words - sorry for the disorganized targets all over the sheet, I will post a cleaner one when I can get some uninterrupted range time. The 3" targets have 10rnds each in them. The test targets are the 2 under the label with 3 under the Federal Target label. The rest are just random settling in and ‘in between’ strings because I just couldn’t believe how much of a spread there was at just 25yds!
Of course this is just my experience, YMMV and all that. But it sure opened my eyes!
Eley Sub Sonic HP’s are the nutz!!!
My Savage Mark II loves SK subsonics. Very consistent and quiet. Some SK is the same as Wolf, but I don’t believe the subsonic has a Wolf counterpart.
