Class Ammo Now Available!

For Handgun students, we will have Magtech or Fiocchi 115gr ball ammo. Price for either will be $275 per 1000 rounds. You may purchase in 100 round increments up to 1200 rounds per class, with each additional 100 rounds costing $27.50. 1000 will probably get you through, but the extra 200 rounds won’t hurt, either.

If you order ammo, and then cancel your class slot, you will be refunded the amount of the ammo, and will not be afforded the option to take the ammo. If the ammo has been shipped to the class location (approx 10 days before class date), the cost of shipping the ammo (both ways) will be withheld from any refund.

Now…get on the web or on the phone and reserve those class seats, with ammo package!

Course Description

This course covers the proper employment of a shotgun from both a tool of deadly force to a tool with less-than-lethal capabilities. This is an intensive one-day course for the operator with a basic understanding of shotgun employment including proper round selection, tactical reloads and combat reloads. The course will consist of 2 days of intense instruction and range time.

UPDATE For those registered and attending:
• Do not use a GPS, it will get you lost. Directions to the range can be found here: http://www.riversedgeusa.com/
• Class starts at 8 a.m. Please be on time and allow enough time to get to the range. When you drive into the range on the first day, meet at the clubhouse.
• The $60 range fee will be due on the first day of class, cash or credit.
• There will be NO ammunition available at the range.
• Bring plenty of fluids to stay hydrated at the range; the range we are at is a few hundred yards from the club house.
• Please bring sunscreen and appropriate clothing; it will be hot and dry and there is little to no shade out on the range.
• Please bring staple guns, staples and masking tape to the range; this will give us more range time.
• If you have a small sledge hammer, please bring it to assist in setting up the target stands.
• Lunch will be available at the range for $6, cash or credit. There is nowhere close to the range to go to lunch, so either bring a lunch or buy lunch at the range.
