Did anyone see where Magpul announced their AK lineup for 2013? I’m super curious so know WHEN in 2013!

I will guarantee they will offer a lot more.
They did say more was coming, but that was before that anti-gun legislation passed the CO House and was sent to the CO Senate.
If it gets made into law, Magpul stated they will be moving out of CO. Which will disrupt production and release of items.
So, if that bill becomes law in CO, it may be sometime in 2014 before we see some Magpul AK products.
I’d venture that while Magpul is still doing T&E on new products, they are probably sticking to producing magazines and other items already in production until this situation resolves itself and they either stay put or move to TX or other gun friendly state.
We’re not going to let this slow us down…much. We’re still cranking on some awesome things, and we’ll release on schedule, or close to it. Some priorities have shifted in production, of course, and also in development, so we’ll see where this takes us.
One thing that has been put off a bit is the transition to Gray in the product line, since we are trying to streamline production by reducing the number of color switches that are required. I want the gray stuff as much as anyone, but we’re gonna have to wait a bit.
If we have to move, we are working on a phased “jump CP” op that will disrupt production as little as possible. No location has been chosen, but we are gathering our requirements and identifying candidates.
Thanks for the update. Its greatly appreciated. I sincerely hope Magpul doesn’t have to relocate, I want to see CO snap out of it and get back on track.
Bravo for telling CO that exemptions don’t cut it too. If you do end up moving, I hope others can take note and see that it can be done, even with less disruption than they thought.

Magpul makes plenty of AK accessories. In this picture alone there is a RVG, some ladder covers, some XT rail covers, an ASAP plate, An RSA sling mount, and an MOE stock.
Why not get FDE and dye it red?
It’s what I did to their AR furniture & PMAGs.
Will we see a AK Pmag?
An AK pmag would fucking rock. Some moe furniture would be nice as well. A Warsaw length moe stock and a ubr shouldn’t be too hard either.
Off topic but what is that muzzle device you are running?
None of what you listed is AK-specific.
Excellent grip, but very brown. Looks fine to me and works perfectly, but for someone wanting to match the Russian red color, way off.
ETA: At one point early on, USP did list a “red” color, it looked more orange-ish to me though.
Bulgaria already makes one. I really don’t think Magpul can improve the AK magazine except regarding logo/style/etc. It’s highly evolved as far as function and they just don’t have any issues. The AR mag was totally different when Magpul came onto the scene. Trying to re-invent the AK magazine would be a monumental waste of time they could spend pumping out PMAG’s.
MOEish handguards with heat shields are my wish; and while im at it…these imaginary handguards would attach in away that would allow them to extend to the gas block. I think someone should make a device that utilizes the front sling loop that allows a “shelf” of sorts to rest your thumb on, shaped like a J so it protects your thumb from the gas “tube”… im rambling on my lunch break. 
The problem is that they’re only available from one vendor for the currently rapey price of $45 per mag. I also don’t think its a matter of reinventing the ak mag, more of a matter of making a plastic mag that doesn’t suck at a reasonable price point (this will vary for some I like to think $30 or less is reasonable)
