Looking for recommendations. who builds the best 20" A4 uppers
Personally, I like Windham Weaponry.

I am using a three of these upper assemblies. The barrels are very accurate and fit and finish is above par.
If you can’t locate a Colt upper get a BCM.

Get a Colt. It’s the real deal. If you can find a mil contract FN then that is great as well. Colt A4’s are out there. In the 900$ range.
This would be my top choice.

I have to second what Renegade04 has stated. I have had very good results with my Windham A4 barrel. The fit and finish, plus the workmanship seem to be on par with anything I’ve seen from Colt or FN. Just to clarify I only used their barrel assembly, but it is accurate and sells at a competitive price point.
Something about that pic is obscene, just wrong. Yet it is titillating………
For a mil-spec style a4 upper these would be my recommendations as well.
Not for 657$ with BCG plus tax. Not a good deal. You can find a colt for about the same price with carry handle which you can keep or sell. They fetch over 100$ Colt it’s the real deal and not a forgery. BCM customer service isn’t very good. I found out the hard way. Stick with FN or Colts. BCM at one Time was a leader in the industry but just seems to have gone south a bit. I use to love BCM. They have all but become 2nd Tier now.

Mine is rather accurate as well.
I can only tell you what my experience has been. BCM use to be top notch. They don’t stand behind their barrels. Sorry your feathers are ruffled. It is what it is.
