I decided to try my hand at another 20" build. I want to get it as close to the M16 with an M203 launcher as possible. I want to have a fixed carry handle with the leaf sights on the carry handle and the handguard. Problem is I don’t know where to find one. I will be using the Spikes Tactical 12" havok launcher but lso need to know how to go about getting it to the correct length of a service M16. I also want to know how it would mount to the handguard because the m16 attatched to the barrel, the havok will not. I already know my lower and upper setup. I will probably go with a Spikes lower and Daniel Defense parts kit but I’m thinking the upper is going to be a BCM built upper or if by some odd chance I find a colt that isn’t a target upper, I may go colt.

For a 37mm launcher to recreate a M203 I would use a M203 receiver and instal a 37mm barrel.
That is the most accurate way to reproduce one that I know of.
