1st lower build and got a question

Ok I decided to try building an AR, I got an RRA lower and a cmmg parts kit with their 2 stage trigger and ambi safety. The assembly went well and it was much easier then I suspected, but I do have a question for you build veterans. Now that its all together when the hammer is forward and I push the BCG catch it actually sticks in that position. It is rubbing the hammer is this normal? When the hammer is cocked it works just fine.

With the upper receiver off, it is normal. Put the upper on and check all functions.
