Finally broke down and decided to build my own AR. I have a few, just never built one. I wanted a very accurate rifle that could take me out to 600 meters while still being relatively lightweight for a precision rifle. I was inspired by the MK 12 rifles but I put my own twist on it. I wanted a rugged and reliable rifle that I could trust. It’s not going to be used for hunting so it’s pretty much just a target rifle for my purposes. I’d love to take a class to learn more about LR shooting but that’s down the road.
Build List:
Rainier Arms 18" Ultramatch SPR
Centurion 14" CMR
BCM Upper
BCM LPGB
BCM BCG
DD charging handle
PSA A2 flash hider
Spikes Lower( I know, I know…)
PSA LPK (trigger to be replace with Geissele SSA-E soon)
BCM A2 stock kit
Magpul MOE grip and trigger guard

The EOTech is off of another rifle. Just put it on to function test it today. I’m waiting on my NF 2.5-10x42.
